Sarah is a therapeutic massage therapist at Calgary Muscle and Soft Tissue Clinic, with her focus aiming towards the lower body and feet. Her experience and interest in this area has lead to helping people reach their goals of pain free activities. Foot ailments can be life altering, from; tendinitis, plantar fasciitis to sprains and flat feet. Sarah is dedicated to learn as much as possible in order to help her clients. She furthers her education to advance her techniques as new methods and research emerge.
As a 2019 graduate, from the high caliber Mount Royal University Massage Therapy 2200 hr Diploma, she worked hard earning herself 2 scholarships for academic excellence and outstanding performance in her program. Sarah has since been certified in Dynamic Cupping and is a member in good standing of the MTAA. She also holds her Equine Massage Therapy certification since 2013.
Sarah advocates that knowledge is power and what you do for yourself at home is just as important as what she can do for you in a treatment. You will leave educated about your own body and how to get closer to your goals. Believing in self care she enjoys spending her free time showing her horses and travelling, making sure to follow her own advice.
