Rachelle completed a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Saskatchewan in 2017. Before this, she completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary in 2015. During her time in Calgary, she competed as a varsity swimmer on the University of Calgary Dinos Swim Team. Rachelle has taken additional manual therapy courses and functional dry needling levels 1 & 2.
Rachelle understands the importance of physiotherapy in overcoming injuries and also for injury prevention. She understands how challenging it is to overcome an injury because of her experiences as an athlete. She strongly believes in providing each patient with their own individualized exercise program and education to prevent re-injury.
In her spare time, Rachelle enjoys swimming, going to the gym and being active outdoors.
