Kirsty has been practising as a massage therapist since 2014. She is a graduate from the Mount Royal University Massage Therapy Program. This program boasts some of the highest training standards in Alberta and engaged her interest in new ways of working to overcome dysfunction.
Since then, she has fine-tuned and diversified her therapeutic massage techniques and become skilled at working with a variety of clients. These clients range from children to athletes. Kirsty has developed an interest in various therapeutic massage modalities. She has advanced her training through courses such as deep tissue massage, RAPID neurofascial reset, and dynamic cupping. She incorporates elements of all that she has learned in different ways based on each client’s needs.
In her spare time Kirsty likes to play in the mountains with her family hiking, biking, climbing or skiing. Her active lifestyle helps her to understand common problems in these activities and she is looking forward to helping you resolve yours.
